This time, I used daikon radish leaves to make a wool bandana scarf\u2014and I even made color swatches, too. Those leaves we see every day, so familiar, went through the botanical dyeing process and left unexpectedly delicate textures and an elegant character on the fabric. Food that once belonged to the everyday dining table has been gently preserved in a different way\u2014becoming a piece you can wear and admire.  It also helps you see the beauty in everyday life again. It turns out the foods we use every day aren\u2019t only for eating\u2014they can also become creative materials; and a humble-looking daikon radish leaf can transform into a bandana scarf landscape that feels refined and quietly luxurious.  This piece carries more than just the plant\u2019s shapes and colors\u2014 it also holds memories of home and the scent of the land, and the possibility of turning ordinary daily life into elegant beauty.
